The accuracy of the vibration knife cutting machine is mainly affected by three aspects: one is the precision of the machine tool, the second is the parameter setting in the control system, and the third is the high precision of the positioning tool.

1. Machine tool.

There are two types of vibration knife cutting machines on the market now. One is the aluminum profile bed. After cutting according to the engineering drawing, the bed is built by locking screws. The advantage of this bed is that it is easy and quick to assemble and continuous production, but the accuracy is not enough. The other is steel overall welding, polishing, painting, integrated structure, stable, the disadvantage is that it is bulky and not conducive to bulk.

The second is the guide rails, racks, adsorption platform purchased parts and other parts. The quality of parts provided by different suppliers is high and low. In order to ensure the accuracy of the vibration knife, we need to carefully distinguish and test carefully when selecting suppliers to ensure that there is no dimensional deviation during assembly and sufficient stability when the equipment is working.

2. Control system

The vibration knife control system is generally an electronic board with built-in software, so it is generally called a vibration knife control card. The vibration knife control system is like a brain, issuing instructions to control every move of the equipment. The control system can usually adjust the processing pattern and processing technology. By adjusting the control system, we can modify the speed, depth, vibration frequency and other related parameters of the vibration knife, thereby improving the progress and stability of the processing.

3. Positioning accuracy

The positioning accuracy determines the repeatability of the vibration knife cutting process. The higher the positioning accuracy of the workbench, the higher the cutting accuracy. Therefore, it is very important to choose high-quality laser coordinate locators, CCD industrial cameras, large visual digital cameras, and high-performance visual positioning control software. The deviation of the laser coordinate locator is within 0.05mm, the positioning accuracy of the CCD industrial camera is within 0.1mm, and the deviation of the digital camera edge positioning is within 1mm.
